The Lesson Program Developed
by Parents - Run for Parents! 
The Lesson Program at Sussex County Music has been in effect
for almost twenty years! Painstakingly developed, it has proven itself to be among the
finest in the state. Many of our students have gone on to careers in Music, in both
the Performance and Education aspects of the business. Based on the philosophy of our
owner, the program provides in depth training on the specific instrument, as well as the
necessary sight-reading and basic theoretical skills to allow the student to develop more
fully!
Pleasure - Not Pain!
The learning process should be a pleasure, not a pain
- and both the parents and the students should derive joy and pride from the experience!
It is with a great deal of pride that I can say that
all of
our teachers are full time Musicians and Music Educators! They
are not part-timers teaching Music at night!
General Schedule.
Lessons are available Monday through Friday from 3:00 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. We
accept students from beginners through professionals. All sessions are “one on
one” and last a half hour. The program is conducted University Style at our
studios on site.
